Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIMES
Items in Stock:
- Please check individual listings for item availability
- Orders will be dispatched with 3-5 business days after your transaction has been processed
Made to Order / Customised Items:
- Made-to-order artwork times will differ depending on design and size - please check the individual listings for item lead times
- Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 business days of completion of your made to order item
All Items:
- Orders that are received on non-business days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Friday)
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
- An email will be sent with a tracking number when your order is on its way. If you don't receive an email, please check your junk email folder - otherwise email us at info@purelymagicalcreations.com.au and we will send through another copy to you
DELIVERY
Australia
- Australia wide shipping only at this time.
- Orders are sent via various methods depending on the size of your order and location. Our courier partners may include Aramex, Australia Post and other freight partners.
- All orders will be Authority to Leave in a safe location. If there is no safe location, a calling card may be left and you will need to collect the parcel from the local agent. If you do not wish to have Authority to Leave, you will need to place a note in the Notes Section of your order when checking out.
- Bulky/heavy orders and remote locations as deemed by our courier partners may incur an additional charge. If this applies to your order, you will be notified by email with an invoice for any difference after checkout, or feel free to contact us prior with your shipping address for a quotation. Shipping will not occur until payment for the excess freight charges has been received in full
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
- Delivery for our service generally takes between 2 to 10 business days
- Delivery delays may occur around public holidays.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING RATES
- Flat rate standard shipping for Australian orders with exception to remote locations is $15.00.
- Flat rate express shipping for Australian orders with exception to remote locations is $25.00.
- Remote locations as deemed by our courier partners may incur an additional charge. We will notify you via email if this applies to your order, or feel free to contact us prior to purchase with your shipping address for a quotation.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame for delivery, please check your shipping information and submit an enquiry directly with the courier delivering your order - this will escalate the enquiry and in most cases, the delivery will occur within 1 to 2 days
- Delays may happen, especially during periods when there is a high volume of parcels being delivered. Once you have submitted your enquiry and if you still have not received your parcel, please contact us at info@purelymagicalcreations.com.au
- Once the parcel is received by Australia Post, we are NOT liable for any damage caused during transit. All items are inspected and are perfectly fine when prepared for postage (unless otherwise stated in your item description)
- Once the package has been received by Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for the parcel - Australia Post is responsible and they are liable for any lost in transit items (if you selected insurance on your parcel)
- We have an insurance option available to select at the checkout for any orders LOST IN TRANSIT / DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- Please select the insurance option on your parcel at the checkout to ensure that you items are covered if they are lost or damaged in transit.
- Any parcels that are not insured are only covered for a MAXIMUM of $100 for lost in transit or damaged parcels
UNCLAIMED / RETURN PACKAGES
- If a packed is returned to Purely Magical Creations because the buyer has provided an incorrect address, or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issues. The buyer must (re)pay the shipping costs before the item can be resent.
