Payment Plan Application

Welcome to our Live Sales - we are excited to have you join us!

To request a Payment Plan, you will need to fill out the following application. Payment Plans are not guaranteed and MUST be approved. If a payment plan is NOT approved, FULL payment is due within 48 hours of live sale.

By participating in our Live Sales, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for our Facebook OR Instagram OR TikTok Live Sales that are outlined below.

Terms & Conditions:
- Everyone is welcome to join our Live Sales. All items shown during our Live Sales are available to purchase
- To claim an item you type the item number / $$ amount to claim this item - if there are multiple claims for a particular item, the first person on my screen will be the person who will successfully claim the item
- If you claim an item / items, you are agreeing to purchase/pay for these items - items are added as listings on our website for payment (see below)

Payment:

Payment is via my website www.purelymagicalcreations.com.au under Live Sales.

- Payments are due within 48 hours of being listed on the website
- There will be no extensions to payments unless extreme circumstances prevent payment. Communication is required for an extension.
- Your listing will be your Facebook OR Instagram OR Tiktok name - add this listing to cart and proceed through the check out (see pinned video on Facebook OR Instagram OR Tictok to see the checkout process)
- Payment options are GooglePay / ShopPay / AfterPay / ZipPay / Debit or Credit / PayPal OR In House Payment Plan

Payment Plans:
There is an in house payment plan option available - payment plans are not guaranteed and MUST be applied for and approved.
- Payment plans are for orders above $100.
- Payments MUST be made weekly or fortnightly (depending on what your plan has been approved for)
- First payment is due 48 hours after invoicing (listing added to website) and is 25% of the total invoice. This is considered a NON REFUNDABLE deposit payment
- The additional payments are due weekly / fortnightly and these listings are added at same time as first payment listing (there will be a date of payment on each listing title - please add these dates to your calendar)
- If you cancel your payment plan at any time, there are NO REFUNDS for any payment/s received
- Payment plans are not guaranteed - you MUST apply for a Payment Plan via our website www.purelymagicalcreations.com.au. DO NOT assume you will automatically be approved for a payment plan. If a Payment Plan is NOT approved, FULL payment of claims is due within 48 hours of Live Sale
- Payment plan MUST be discussed / applied for prior to claiming during a Live Sale or immediately after. Once the listings go up, if no payment plan has been previously discussed, it will no longer be an option for that listing.
- There will NOT be a reminder for an upcoming payment. You will need to follow up on the payment dates that are set out in the payment plan.

Late Payments:
- If payment is not completed within 48 hours, you will receive ONE reminder that payment is due within the next 12 hours. No additional claims can be made until outstanding payments are paid for.
- If payment is still not completed: Your listing will be cancelled and your items restocked. You will be banned from claiming during our live sales and will be reported to a non-payers group.
- Payment Plan late payments: if 1st payment is not completed within 48 hours of listing going onto the website, the above conditions will apply.
- If additional payments are not paid on the date set out in the listing, the above conditions will apply.
- If the payment plan is terminated due to non payment of additional payments, there are NO REFUNDS for the first payment which is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit payment
