Live Sale Registration
Welcome to our Live Sales - we are excited to have you join us!
To participate in our Live Sales you will need to fill out a Live Sale Registration form and pay a $10.00 Live Sale deposit BEFORE claiming during our Facebook or TikTok Live Sales.
By participating in our Live Sales, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions for our Facebook or TikTok Live Sales that are outlined in the Live Sale Deposit Listing.
Terms & Conditions:
- Everyone is welcome to join our Live Sales. All items shown during our Live Sales are available to purchase
- To claim an item you type the item number / $$ amount to claim this item - if there are multiple claims for a particular item, the first person on my screen will be the person who will successfully claim the item
- If you claim an item / items, you are agreeing to purchase/pay for these items - items are added as listings on our website for payment (see below)
- If you are not currently an existing customer and would like to take part in our Facebook / Tiktok Live Sales, you MUST first fill out a registration form on our website www.purelymagicalcreations.com.au
- A one off $10.00 deposit is required in order to claim during our Live Sales - if a deposit / registration is not completed, I will be unable to accept any claims from you
- Once the deposit / registration has been completed, you will be able to claim throughout any live sale
- The $10 deposit will be automatically deducted from the total of your claims when you listing is added to the website
Payment:
Payment is via my website www.purelymagicalcreations.com.au under Live Sales.
- Payments are due within 48 hours of being listed on the website
- There will be no extensions to payments unless extreme circumstances prevent payment.
- Your listing will be your Facebook / Tiktok name - add this listing to cart and proceed through the check out (see pinned video on Facebook / Tiktok to see the checkout process)
- Payment options are GooglePay / ShopPay / AfterPay / ZipPay / Debit or Credit / PayPal
Payment Plans:
There are two (2) payment plan options available - payment plans are not guaranteed and MUST be applied for and approved.
- Payment plan option A - a payment plan option of 2 x half payments of total claim amount will be available on claims totalling $200 or more (from 1 live sale)
- Payment plan option B - a payment plan option of 3 x third payments of total claim amount will be available on claims totalling $450 or more (from 1 live sale).
- First payment is due 48 hours after invoicing (listing added to website) and is considered a NON REFUNDABLE deposit payment
- The 2nd / 3rd payment (listing added at same time as first payment listing) are due in 1 week installments
- If you cancel your payment plan there are NO REFUNDS for any payment/s received
- Payment plans are not guaranteed - you MUST apply for a Payment Plan via our website www.purelymagicalcreations.com.au. DO NOT assume you will automatically be approved for a payment plan. If a Payment Plan is NOT approved, FULL payment of claims is due within 48 hours of Live Sale
- Payment plan MUST be discussed / applied for prior to claiming during a Live Sale or immediately after. Once the listings go up, if no payment plan has been previously discussed, it will no longer be an option for that listing.
- There will NOT be a reminder for an upcoming payment. You will need to follow up on the payment dates that are set out in the payment plan.
Late Payments:
- If payment is not completed within 48 hours time, you will receive ONE reminder that payment is due within the next 12 hours. No additional claims can be made until outstanding listings are paid for.
- If payment is still not completed: Your listing will be cancelled and your items restocked. You will be banned from claiming during our live sales and will be reported to a non-payers group.
- Payment Plan late payments: if 1st payment is not completed within 48 hours, the above conditions will apply.
- If the 2nd payment / 3rd payment is not paid on the date set out in the listing, the above conditions will apply.
- If the payment plan is terminated, there are NO REFUNDS for the first payment which is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit payment
